FAQ
Operator questions before signup
A courier is active after receiving at least one assignment in the current billing period. Scheduled days off and couriers not dispatched that month do not count toward the tier cap. Seasonal and part-time couriers count only in the months they run.
Yes. Upgrade from Starter to Growth or Fleet anytime in account settings. The price difference is prorated for the rest of your billing period.
Starter and Growth have no setup fees. Fleet includes custom integration at no extra cost. Our team completes it during your first two weeks and confirms the connection before your first live dispatch run.
No card is needed for the Starter trial. Growth and Fleet require a card on file, but it is not charged until day 15 unless you continue.
We email you at 80% of your cap. At the cap, Bevylle prompts an upgrade before the next assignment. Existing couriers and active runs continue without interruption.
REST API is included with Growth and Fleet. Starter uses a push-order form or manual import. If your POS has a native integration on the supported list, Starter can use it without API access.
